Ruud Gullit (Pronunție în olandeză: /ˈryd ˈɣʏlɪt/, născut Rudi Dil, pe 1 septembrie 1962, Amsterdam) este un fost jucător olandez de fotbal, actual antrenor. Din 2011 conduce echipa rusă Terek Groznîi. A fost căpitanul echipei naționale a Olandei care a câștigat Campionatul European de Fotbal 1988 și a fost și în echipa care a participat la Campionatul Mondial de Fotbal 1990.
