Zrazy ( Polish : zrazy, Lithuanian: zrazai or mušti suktinukai) is a meat roulade dish popular in Eastern Europe, especially in Poland (Silesian rouladen) and Lithuania. Its origin can be traced back to the times of the Polish –Lithuanian Commonwealth.
