Sangue Mostro is an Italian hip hop band formed in Naples in 2006.
Group history
Sangue Mostro is a musical group, born between 2006 and 2007 from the meeting of musicians: Ekspo, Ale Zin, 2phast, O'kiatt and Speaker Cenzou. This project is an evolution of the old jam sessions that were held in the early nineties around a garbage bin in Piazza San Domenico Maggiore in the historical center of Naples and of the epic jams of Skillz Detector at Officina 99.
Sangue Mostro published in 2008 the album L'urdimu tip, the first studio album, which provides a more expressive and communicative dimension to the band.
Between 2010 and 2011 the training is subject to downsizing, so first O'kiatt is removed from the Sangue Mostro, then Dj 2phast moves to Berlin ; but the band acquires DJ Uncino. In 2012 they released the Stamm venenn track which, although not belonging to any Sangue Mostro album, soon became a cult of the Neapolitan scene and can be found in the collection "Sodo tape 2012 ", the debut of Speaker Cenzou as producer.
In 2013 Sangue Mostro spent a long time in the recording studio working on the new album Cuo-Rap, released in January 2014. The album includes collaborations with Clementino, AG (DITC), Elaquent, 'O Zulù, Ntò, Dj Gruff, PapaJ, Kayaman, Jovine, Naples Rap Art, Wena and pianist Francesco Villani.
Easy Come Easy Go cites Pino Daniele ("'o dicette pure' or Pinotto / but you do not care "), in Naples pt. 3 there are references to Napule è di Daniele and from Napolì of the 99 Posse.
