Pedagogical preparation - in the Polish system of teaching qualifications in public schools, it means acquiring pedagogical skills to ensure correct teaching and care in education. It is defined in the law as the acquisition of knowledge and skills in psychology, pedagogy and detailed didactics, through participation in classes of not less than 270 hours in connection with the field (specialty) of education and positively assessed pedagogical practice, of not less than 150 hours; in the case of teachers of practical vocational training, the necessary number of classes in pedagogical preparation is not less than 150 hours. The possession of pedagogical preparation is evidenced by a diploma or another document issued by the university, a diploma of completion of a teacher training institution or a certificate of completion of a qualification course. == Purpose == Pedagogical preparation is aimed at equipping the person teaching the entrusted field or subject of education with a minimal but basic workshop of pedagogical skills, through the didactic application of appropriate teaching methods and techniques (training) so that the purpose of conducted educational classes is achieved and achieved. == Before classes == Pedagogical preparation not only shows how to conduct educational classes with pupils or students but also how to prepare the teacher before classes for the educational classes themselves (teacher's outfit and appearance, material protection of classes, preparation of demonstrative multimedia support, place) and optimal class time). Depending on the level of education: higher, middle (middle school), elementary, kindergarten, we competently choose the educational model depending on what we intend to achieve with the group or individually. Starting from the purpose of the class, model, form, methods, teaching techniques - the teacher should be able to construct his own educational timetable, popularly known as the plan - educational outline or work card (teacher, instructor) to carry out educational classes (from training) taught subject, e.g. political science, anthropology, mathematics, etc. The outline is a form of organization of classes with its thematic elements and substituted content and time frame, and should be approved by the head of the educational activities prior to the educational activities of the person who is responsible for correct and reliable conducting of educational classes during studies and at school or kindergarten (nursery), which through analysis are to formally demonstrate that based on the documentation of education the educational goal will be achieved and achieved; A work card is a plan how to perform an activity at a given time in accordance with the methodology of education, the work card includes, similarly to the outline: the topic of the class, the purpose of the class, literature, time, material protection and course of classes (activities of the teacher, activities of students, students or people) trainees with the time in which this educational undertaking is to take place;) Pedagogical preparation includes not only the selection of compulsory Polish and foreign scientific literature to be conducted in accordance with the methodology of the subject of educational classes in an appropriate form, but also the arrangement of the conducted classes in a chronological order. A teacher conducting educational classes should: know how to process explicit and classified scientific information in libraries; perform the correct syllabus of educational classes (applies to universities); be able to conduct classes on the basis of formal documentation of education (training) prepared in advance; keep an education (training) diary for a specified period of the academic year (school, pre-school) or an active attendance list; have, during education, open and secret documentation of education in the form of: education diary (lesson diary), Work Plan, Work Card and show it for inspection during the inspection or hospitalization of classes; keep a summary diary of education (training) for a specified period of the academic year (school, pre-school); be able to book and archive educational results subject to education during classes (students, pupils or students). == For educational classes == In pedagogical preparation, pedagogues with a pedeutological and didactic specialty select people with teaching and teaching abilities, educating and preparing them in terms of and profile of future people to conduct educational classes with groups and individually in the system of education and upbringing.
