Cotlette (FR. Côtelette - Ribs) - a dish, most often meat (although there are also vegetarian and vegan varieties), usually fried in a pan using a small amount of fat. Cutlets are preparing from meat: pork, beef, veal and poultry, less often from other types of meat or fish [1], as well as from potatoes [2] (potato chops), vegetables [1], soy [2], eggs [2] ], etc. In the Polish cuisine, minced chops and pork chops (in different variants, e.g. with bone or bone), are popular with potatoes and sauerkraut. Other types: Sznicles, fireplace cutlets, de volaille chops, etc.
