Mentos - a popular brand of candy (drops), produced by Perfetti Van Melle Corporation. Mentoses were first produced in the 1950s in the Netherlands. They are small, oval and flat in shape, with a hard shell and a soft, sweet filling. Sold in paper tubes. Traditional varieties contain 14 mentos, "Sour Mix" flavor - 11.
