The following is a list of characters from the Japanese magical girl anime television series Ojamajo Doremi, known as Magical DoReMi in some countries. Where appropriate, names on the left are the original Japanese names whilst names on the right are from the English language adaptation of the first series by 4Kids Entertainment. This article uses the Japanese names.

The titular character, Doremi is a typical magical girl : lively to the point of being noisy, an academically weak student, clumsy and careless though very compassionate, and has shown to be boy - crazy in earlier seasons. Her favorite food is steak ; a running gag in the series is that she never gets the chance to eat it. Doremi often proclaims herself to be "the unluckiest prettiest girl in the whole world " when things do not go her way. Doremi was named after the first 3 notes of the musical scale: Do, Re, and Mi. Her fairy is Dodo, and is very much like Doremi. Doremi's theme color is pink and her crystal is a pink bean. Her personal spell is "Pirika Pirilala Popolina Peperuto", while in Magical Stage her spell is "Pirika Pirilala, carefree" (ピリカピリララのびやかに, pirika pirirara nobiyaka ni).
