Church of Our Lady Queen of Poland in Zamość - a Roman Catholic parish church belonging to the parish under the same name (Zamość deanery of the Zamość-Lubaczów diocese). The square for the construction of the church was consecrated on May 10, 1983. On June 12, 1999, at the parish church, there was a meeting of the faithful of the diocese and numerous pilgrims from outside the diocese with the Holy Father John Paul II. The church was erected in 1986-1993, the cornerstone from St. Peter in Rome, was consecrated on April 13, 1987 by the Holy Father John Paul II, and was built on June 21, 1987 by the bishop of Lublin, Bolesław Pylak. It is a brick building built of red brick, according to the design of MSc. Roman Orlewski, the designer was Eng. Edward Mirowski, supervision inspector - inż. Edward Typiak; (the construction was carried out by priest Janusz Romanczuk); It was consecrated on December 8, 1993 by Jan Śrutwa, the Bishop of Zamość and Lubaczów. The church was built on a polygonal plan, it was built in a contemporary style, its architecture resembles a crown referring to the title of the temple [1].
