Diego Ribas da Cunha (born February 28, 1985 in Ribeirão Preto) - Brazilian footballer serving as a midfielder in the Flamengo club. Diego's professional career began in FC Santos in the 2002/2003 season. At this club, the Brazilian showed very well, as a result of which several other European bands got interested in it. Diego spent only one season in Santos before immigrating to FC Porto. In Portugal, however, Ribas da Cunha could not acclimatize. The first year in the applause "Dragons" was not too bad - Diego appeared in 30 matches and scored three goals. In the second season of his stay at Estádio do Dragão, the Brazilian player completely failed.
