Lucia is a mermaid - the princess of the northern Pacific Ocean. He sets out on the mainland to find the boy she saved from the sinking ship seven years before the beginning of history and to which she entrusted her pink pearl. Finally, he finds the boy: he is a surfer named Kaito Dōmoto. However, in human form, Lucia is very unlike her character as a siren, so Kaito does not recognize her.
