The traditional Toldari Market is located in the city center. Guri is connected with the capital by rail (Jungang Line) and a bus line. To the west of the city, the Acha San Mountains, rich in tourist routes, run along with the ruins of one of the historic Korean kingdoms - Baekje. The Han River Park Bike Trail runs to the south of the city. On the outskirts of the city there are tombs of the rulers of the former Korean states - Goguryeo and Joseon. Almost 40% of the city is covered by forests, rice crops 9%, other arable lands 17%. The temperature ranges from -5 ° C in January to 25 ° C in July.
