Ground squirrel online puzzle
European ground squirrel [5] (Spermophilus citellus) - a small rodent from the squirrel family living in Central and Eastern Europe [6] [4] [7]. In Poland, European ground squirrel was considered an "extinct or probably extinct" species [8] and under strict species protection [9]. Since 2005, in the Opolskie Voivodeship, and since 2008 also in Dolnośląskie, the species is reintroduced [8] [10].
