Plot In a certain kingdom lives Cinderella [4], the daughter of a wealthy widower [4] who marries the widowed Countess of Tremaine. After the rich man dies, the girl is raised as a servant [4]. Until adulthood, she fulfills the whims of her stepmother and step-sisters [5], Anastasia and Griselda, and cares for their lazy cat, Lucifer [6].
