Wisteria is a perennial vine growing up to 10 m in length. It is most impressive during the flowering period - from May to June, when it produces long (up to 35 cm) inflorescences in shades of pink and purple. The fruits are flattened pods, often hanging on the plant until spring. All parts of the plant are poisonous. Author of the photo: lecreusois
