The Austrian inn Auracher Löchl owes its name to the Auracher family, who founded a brewery in Kufstein in the 13th century. In 1448, a tenement house was built next to the brewery, where an inn was opened. The restaurant, despite the multiple changes of owners, has been operating to this day, nurturing Tyrolean traditions.
