Museum of Stanisław Murzynowski in Murzynowski online puzzle

The museum (founded in 1978) is an illustration of the iconic work of professor Jacek Olędzki entitled "Murzynowo: signs of the existence and cultural identity of the inhabitants of the Vistula village" published in 1991. It is located in an old, wooden hut from the beginning of the 20th century and is equipped with exhibits donated by the villagers. Two basic themes intertwine in the exhibition: the identity of the inhabitants and the "people of the Vistula". The main part of the collection consists of exhibits related to the former activities of the inhabitants of Murzynowo: with fishing, rafting and Vistula sailing, with crafts, horticulture and farming. There are also many items related to religious worship. As a curiosity, it is worth mentioning that in 1969 the cult film "Rejs" was shot by Marek Piwowski on the ship "Neptun" moored in Murzynowo.
