Tasiemka agriculture (Noctua pronuba) - a species of butterfly from the Owl family. A butterfly with a wingspan of 5 to 6 cm. The rear pair is dark yellow with a black band along the outer edge, while the color of the front pair is variable: brown to brown-black in males, and red, yellow or gray-brown in females. Caterpillars range from light green to gray-brown, always with two rows of black spots along the back [2]. Caterpillars are polyphages. They feed on plants such as: garlic, beetroot, cabbage, calendula, pyrethrum, dahlia, carrot, clove, wild strawberry, freesia, gladiolus, hawk, lettuce, tomato, plantain, rhubarb, primrose, nightshade, spinach, dandelion, violet and grapevines and various grasses [3]. Holarctic species. Known from Europe, Canary Islands, North Africa, Caucasus, Transcaucasia, Turkey, Central Asia, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Northwest India and Siberia. Dragged to North America, where it occurs from Newfoundland to South Carolina, Ontario and Wisconsin [4].
