Westminster - a district of central London, located in the borough of the City of Westminster, in the past an independent city. The approximate boundaries of the district are Vauxhall Bridge Road to the southwest, Birdcage Walk, Horse Guards Road and Northumberland Avenue to the north, and the River Thames to the east.
